July 27th-28th, the Zoo and sleep over

We met Leah and Heather at the zoo and started with the Cheetah show.  It was really cool to watch how fast he ran!
Super cool.  he took a different route than all of his other shows and ran through some bushes.  The trainer said he had never seen him do that before!
Trying to get all 8 kids to smile was a little difficult.  We had a great day trying though.
 Cutie posing.
The giraffes were busy and fun to watch.
We got to see the "baby" hippo, Fiona. Micah, Elli and I just happened to catch a great spot for this close up of her.
They were feeding them, Fiona and her mom. So huge!  Look at those teeth.
We watched them for a while.
Of course we had to pet the goats:)  Heather made a friend with one of the goats.  It was hilarious.
Checking out the noisy monkeys.  Ruby was clearly ready to move on.
When Ruby got tired, Elli was more than happy to help:)
 Babies:)
can they all fit?  They tried.
Stamps for the day.  They were all comparing them.
What would a day be without a stop to see the sloth and pet this snake?  Gross.
We had a fun time.  We came home to our house where Leah watched the kids while Mom and Dad, us, and Heather and Gary went to dinner and to see the movie, Fall Out.  It was a fun night with a cousin sleepover.  Leah wasn't up to going out so she watched kiddos.
 Great movie.
Early risers! 6:50!  Leah and Heather helped pack more boxes and Heather used her Yukon to move them to the storage unit.  We then went to Heather's to swim.  Then we went to Young's with Leah and kids and mom and dad.  Wow, packed day but fun.
Young's has such yummy ice cream.
I love the pictures of Micah on these tractors using his little imagination.
Elli is a big girl, but not too big to enjoy playing sometimes.
 Oliver:)
 The goat whisperer
We really had such a fun weekend together.
