Family Pictures and Lily's 8th Birthday

This is a small sampling of Renee's pictures of our family at Smith Gardens in Oakwood.  It was a gorgeous day and the kids all cooperated!  What great pictures we were able to get.
Bret and Micah checking out the fish.
 Matt relaxing with the twins.
And then off to Lily's 8th birthday party.  It was a Brave party.  I love that these girls have had so many celebrations together.

Monday, Sept 30, Sunflower Fields and Young's

Micah loved them and was very interested.
 My sweet girl.
 Trying to get those flowers.
 Family picture.
 One more.
So pretty.  Glad we got there in time this year!
Micah's turn to ride the tractors.  Elli still enjoys doing this, but not like when she was younger.  Micah couldn't get enough of it!
 Goofing off!
Sweet little Elli and crazy baby Micah.  He was saying "Booooo" in response to my question of "What does a cow say?"

Lawn Mowers in Training

Micah loves tools of all sorts, even the lawn mower.  He pretends to push it and makes it's noise, but when daddy is out there, he cries the whole time.  So, Brent let him push a bit.  He loved it, but when he was done, cried the rest of the time Brent was out there.  Elli tried too.  It was not as easy as she thought:)

Weekend of Sept 21-22

Leaf bug that I thought was pretty cool and Elli was afraid.  Micah kept pointing to it and saying, "boo?"
Leah was over with the boys.  Sweet attention from Micah to Oliver.
It started pouring the rain.  Gonga and Papa had come over for a bit as well.  Micah was very excited as you can see.

We went to the Xenia Festival on Saturday night.  Elli really wanted me to ride a ride with her.  I protested, but she looked so sad.  So, I got on this thing that kept going in circles.  I didn't think it was ever going to end and I was sick!
We made it to the balloon glow and both kids loved it.  Shortly thereafter, Brent wanted ice cream from the Dairy Station. He pulled into the drive thru and I found a grassy spot to throw up. Told you I was sick from that ride.  Elli felt so sad and told me she wouldn't ask me to ride those kind of rides again.  Thank goodness.
The next morning, Oliver was dedicated.  What a sweet baby!
After church, we went to Irons Fruit Farm and picked some apples.
Micah couldn't get enough of the "balls."  They were everywhere:)
Elli was very particular, making sure she didn't get one that was damaged in any way.
Micah got any he could get his hands on.
