The day after Christmas, Mansfield

Grandma with several of her grandkids and great grand kids.
Going to the carousel is a tradition.  Elli was very excited.
Micah couldn't wait to ride the neigh and the duck.  He was petting the neigh.
 Some of the crew.
Elli and Micah love their cousin Jenny.
He finally got to ride a duck too:)
 Micah ate the whole cheeseburger!
Elli and Gabrielle (Ellie) really enjoyed spending time together.  Gabrielle is Brent's cousin Dave's oldest.  They are expecting their fifth in April.
Linda and Ila taking a little snooze after all the excitement.
Elli loved playing with Josh as well.  They were working on learning a piano song.
Micah was giving his grandpa a pillow:)
This was Friday morning.  Micah thought he was a pretty special little guy to eat at this table with Elli.
And Saturday morning, he slept until 9:30.  He was so tired from all the late  nights.  Look at how sweet he is sleeping with his "ee-ee."  Love him.

Christmas Night

We ended our Christmas Day at Aunt Sharron and Uncle Larry's house.  The kdis had fun playing together.
The adults tried to converse amidst the noise and fun of the kids playing.
Dad and Aunt Sheila were deep in conversation.  Aunt Cheryl came as well with Uncle Rodger.  It was a fun night.

Christmas Afternoon at Grandma's

Lots of people, small space, eating in every room of the house, in shifts.
 Micah ate on the floor:)
Some people got to sit at the dining room table.  Actually, after I helped get food for my family, someone at the main table had already finished eating, and I got to sit there:)
 Patiently waiting for presents.
 Pictures with Grandma and Bill.
 Aunt Tanya and her girls.
Elli just knew she was going to get gloves without the fingers in them.  Mom had dropped a clue for Elli and she had it figured out:)  She was very excited.
Mom played "Santa" and tried to keep all the kids happy while they were waiting.
Grandma with all her great grandkids.  Again, not all of them were happy but it makes for a fun picture.
Merry Christmas, Grandma.

Christmas Morning Madness

Elli's face when she saw the presents!
Micah got down and crawled over to the tree:)
Elli helped Micah open his first gift of two books and an outfit.
 He loves books.
 Excited about presents.
Elli attacking the big one for her.
A car for her American Girl Dolls.  As well as some outfits and a travel case.
Micah got a Little People Roller Coaster.
 He was very interested.
And wanted to help daddy put it together.
Elli got an outfit and some new bella ballerina shoes.
 Micah got a shape sorter.
 Sweet face.
 What's in here, mommy?
 Brent got a razor.
I got some oven mitts, cake pans, and a hand held vacuum cleaner.
With all said and done, Elli also got some books and each got tooth brush, tooth paste and other little things in their stockings.  What a mess!
Elli and Micah also opened gifts from Jenna and Justin. Micah loved playing with his new fishing game and Elli spent some time in her room making a stenciled project with plastic beads.  Such fun.  Thank you!

Right before bed

I put a present under the tree for each Elli and Micah as well as some family gifts to be opened on Christmas Eve.  Elli was a little excited.
She got a scentsy warmer for her room.
Micah is working hard on that gift.
 She loves it!
Love this little expression on his face opening his Christmas jammies.
And Elli got some too.  We also opened three family games; Spot It, Jenga, and Ticket to Ride.
I also got a book for both kids with their name in it.  I read it to them and prayed with them before bed.
Then, Brent and I got busy bringing the presents out of their hiding place to the tree upstairs.  All set!
