We decided to head to Beaufort to see the cheese factory. It was quite a site watching the men move those 100 pound wheels of cheese around.
The trip there was a bit rough, however. Micah threw up a couple of times since it was another winding mountain road. Bummer.
The picturesque museum.
We thought this part of the town was really cool.
Great family picture in front of this church.
Micah loved playing in the "wally" in the fountains. It is a common theme of our trip in Europe.
Later that evening, Justin took Brent and I up to an abbey. The mountain views were beautiful.
Walking up to abbey. It was a little rainy, but it just meant we would see a rainbow.
This abbey makes their own cheese. It was not that great!
Can you imagine perching your rear-hind on one of these small stools for hours on end? That is what the monks do.
The inside of the abbey is well hidden with this wall. We were able to get a little view here though.
Sweet Collette waiting for her daddy to return.
All the kids. Jenna was so gracious to watch Micah and Elli as we went to the abbey. They did ok overall!
I love this sweet picture at the end of the day. What a great time we had with Collette.
Looks like a lot of fun memories were made
