My first ever gingerbread house.
We had a great time and it turned out great.
Micah is getting big enough for piggy back rides.
My little helper wanted an apron on while he "helped" me in the kitchen.
The humidifier holds balloons in the air. Brings lots of fun and joy.
We went to the Creation Museum on Sat. Dec 14. Micah was very confused by all of it. he wasn't sure what was real and what was fake. He cried a lot and was just very upset by most of it. Elli had some great realizations though. She didn't like bring in the room that depicted our world as a result of sin, but it lead to such a great conversation about how none of those terrible things would even have happened if we had not sinned. Hard things for my baby to see (pictures of skulls, starving children, natural disasters, etc), but I am thankful for the impact and the chance to see it with her.
Jeremy Ervin (Dean of the School of Education at Cedarville) set up this trip. We met up with his family and others that went from the school as well.
The live nativity was set up and the kids loved it.
We got to ride a camel. We all loved that!
Micah kept saying, "Neighhhhhhh."
I like this family picture. It was right before both kids started whining and crying from being tired, cold, and hungry.
Micah found a great magazine to read at Jim and Mary Cundiff's house. They invited us over for dinner after church.
Elli had a part of a ballet dancer in the Kids Praise musical The Christmas County Spelling Bee. Micah called out for "Elli" the whole time!

Micah loves Emily and we are so thankful for her. He ran up to her right when the program was done.
