Wednesday and Thursday, Cancun

We all enjoyed the slide on vacation but I finally got some pictures! Here's Micah
 Now, Brent
 And, Papa!
 Passing the time.
We did quite a few pictures on the beach throughout the day.
There was so much sun we needed to have some shade time.
 The hats from Costco!
Micah joined a game of beach soccer.
It was so hot, I am not sure how he was doing this.  The sand was burning my feet!

We did smores on the beach today.
At lunch we had some fun with special drinks.  Elli had Coke.
 Dad had a watermelon mojito.
 Brent did too.
We were loving these trees today.
 Cuties.
Dad enjoyed quite a bit of time in the waves.  He got pretty tired out though and needed some rest afterwards.  He had a hard time dragging himself out of the water this time.  I stayed with him just in case there was a problem.
She finally got some pool time today!
Sure did have fun with this baby boy.  Actually he will soon be 6 and I cannot believe it.
Of course we enjoyed the pool as well as the ocean.
There was a perfect ledge where we could set our smoothies each day.  Wonderful.
We got a bit dressed up and planned to head down the road about 3/4 of a mile to a restaurant for some yummy Mexican food.  Both Brent and dad had been looking forward to this for the whole week.
 All ready to go.
 I love these pictures.
The night was perfect with a small break in the bright sun.  Made for a great night to take pictures.
I wish our hair wasn't blowing so much, but we still love these photos.
Dad took this one for us.  It is so good.
Oh, the lighting here was perfect for them.
Sweet kids.  I staged this one with holding hands, but they were for real discussing something.
 Elli took one of us.
She is looking so grown up!  A newly 12 year old beauty.
 Posing sweetness.
We walked to this restaurant.  When we got there, dad was feeling a little bit tired, hot, and out of breath.  We had to wait a bit for our table and by the time we sat, dad was saying he wasn't sure he was hungry.  We ordered our food and then had some guacamole made at our table side.  Dad was saying at this point that he was so full and wasn't sure if he could eat his dinner.  He started sweating.  They brought our food and he took one bite.  He then looked out at the grass in front of the restaurant and asked if he could go lay down over on it.  He said he was sick and he was extremely sweaty.  Eventually, he said he was going to be sick and mom jumped up and let him lay down on her seat and Elli's like a bed.  He started feeling a little better and a very nice gentlemen ran over to help.  He called for the staff to get a wheelchair and oxygen and they wheeled him out. We were so scared.  He started feeling better and we called a taxi to get home.
They checked his medicines when they got back to the hotel room and they said he shouldn't have lots of sun exposure (check), alcohol (check), exercise (check) and spicy foods (check).  So we assumed he had a reaction to his medications from the different lifestyle he had been having on vacation this week. Again, scary but so glad it is over and he is well.
